Return Period:
Our return policy covers a timeframe of 14 days from your date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in clear heat-sealed film. Perishable items such as snus, tobacco, nicotine-free snus and Swedish candy are not eligible for returns. We do not accept returns on intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Documentation Requirement:
To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please avoid sending your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be considered in specific cases, such as:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Refund Process:

Sale Items:
Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Time for Exchanged Products:
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Additional Recommendation for High-Value Items:
For items exceeding $80 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. This ensures a secure and traceable return process, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
