Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping costs are already included in your total at checkout.

If your country/region is not listed at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that destination.

We strive to maintain inventory of all snus brands available on Snusfun. If all products in your cart are marked as "In Stock," you will receive your order via the following methods:

Letter Mail: (4-7 business days within Europe, 7-10 business days for other countries/regions) - Provides economical international service with longer transit times. Available globally with some restrictions.

REK Mail: (2-5 business days within Europe, 4-8 business days for other countries/regions) - Insured and tracked using reference numbers.

For orders shipped from our Swedish warehouse, Snusfun utilizes Postnord (formerly Swedish Post Office).

Economy Shipping: All orders are fully airmailed and, depending on the destination country, we randomly utilize (DHL, UPS, LDT) to provide fully traceable international express service, typically delivering within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

For orders shipped from our China warehouse, Snusfun uses Economy Shipping exclusively.

The aforementioned transit times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance speed at the destination,  resulting in longer transit times. Costs depend on the weight and volume of the order.


Additional Information

Adult Signature: UPS Express orders require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure customer age verification.

Different Inventory Availability: If you select items with different inventory lead times, we will ship your order as soon as all items are ready for dispatch.

PO Boxes: Please note that we do not ship UPS Express to PO Box addresses.

Shipping to Temporary Addresses: We strongly advise against placing orders during holiday periods unless you plan to stay at the address for at least two months after placing the order. Due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or postal service delays, there is always a risk of delay. We do not re-ship or refund orders shipped to temporary addresses.
